Mateusz Aniola

Head of Engineering Teams at Merixstudio. Currently, he scales and takes care of the development of the Engineering team, which already numbers over 100 people. In his daily work, he develops the structure and cooperates with leaders of various technological areas. The beginnings of his career were related to the frontend, but now he works and expands his knowledge comprehensively – not only technically. Sometimes he lacks coding, but he is up to date with technological news, which he talks about in the podcast “Piątki po deployu”. In his spare time, he participates in Magic the Gathering tournaments and is interested in the architecture of the second half of the 20th century.
